Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698, we at Levelenai take the security of your personal data seriously. This notice summarises what data we collect, why we process it and what your rights are.

Data We Collect

Identity: username, first and last name (optional).
Contact: email address.
Activity: quiz / interview / chat activity and progress records.
Technical: IP address, browser/session information, log records.

The platform is completely free; no payment, card or billing information is collected.

Purposes of Processing

Account creation, authentication and session management.
English interview prep and progress tracking
Responding to user support requests.
Meeting legal obligations and preventing abuse.

Data Transfers

Your data is shared to a limited extent with providers such as OpenAI (AI content generation) so the service can be delivered. Such sharing is limited to the data the service requires.

Retention Period

Data is kept while your account is active and for the legally required retention periods. When you delete your account, the related personal data is erased or anonymised within a reasonable time.

Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)

To learn whether your data is processed and to request information.
To learn whether it is used in line with its purpose.
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
To request erasure or destruction.
To object to analyses carried out by automated systems.
